BNF Turkey Chili: 

1 lb ground turkey, 

1 can of light or dark red kidney beans, 

1 can of diced tomatoes,

1/4 chopped onions, 

4 cups (really as much as you want) chopped spinach, 

1 packet low sodium chili seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder, 

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp pepper  

3 dashes of Louisiana Hot sauce for good measure

Directions:  Brown your meat and onions, once browned and onions are translucent add spinach, chili packet seasoning and mix. Then add tomatoes and beans... 

Quick, easy and healthier than a lot of other crap! 😂😂😂 serve over brown rice!

Dinner is served!

1 cup (chili only) contains 19.3 g total carbs, 13.7 g net carbs, 7.5 g fat, 19.4 g protein and 218 calories
