BNF Turkey Chili:

1 can of light or dark red kidney beans,
1 can of diced tomatoes,
1/4 chopped onions,
4 cups (really as much as you want) chopped spinach,
1 packet low sodium chili seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 dashes of Louisiana Hot sauce for good measure
