I love water. Out of the blue, it started making me gag. Idk what changed. I even tried different waters and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, I am not drinking as much as I should anymore. Any suggestions on how to stop the gagging?

If it’s room temperature that you’re drinking maybe try it cold and vice versa. Although it doesn’t make me gag, I know for sure I can drink as much as I need to when it’s cold, but room temp, not so much. Another suggestion is adding a little lemon juice and or buying an infuser to add maybe cucumber or strawberries.
